My son Jacob was diagnosed last year with Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA), an illness which he may have to cope with for the rest of his life.  There is no cure, but with luck he will be able to manage a normal life with the right medication and support.  One of the charities that organises this support is SNAC. I'm doing the run beacuse we benefitted form some of the work SNAC does.  They help raise awareness for arthritis in children.  They also help educate families who have children with the disease and bring them together to share their experiences.  Please help me support this charity and give them the means to continue with their great work!!!
