Hey Guys, 

If you reading this it means the link worked, and that you are interested in my '3 Peak Challenge', or just want to have a quick laugh at me. Either way please carry on reading! 

The company that I currently work for has organised a fund raising event for their chosen charity, BBC Children in need. I thought, naively may I add, that I  would get stuck in and help! 

For those of who you aren't aware of the 3 peaks challenge, it involves climbing the highest peak in Scotland, England and Wales (Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon respectively) all within 24 hours.

Some may say it sounds easy?? Well throw in driving time, comfort breaks etc. it will be more like 14 hours for 28 miles and a whole lot of pain.

Now I assume most, if not all, know me well enough to know that I would rather get a taxi to the nearest beer garden, nevertheless climb three mountains. To add, I will admit myself that I have the appetite of an overweight American at IHOP and I use every opportunity to get public transport to my desired destination! So this really is a challenge!!

Which is why I need your help!!!? I need an excuse to do this guys, some kind of incentive. Willpower alone is just not enough! So come on, put your name and any money you would like to donate to this cause. 

On a serious note I have been training over the past few weeks, on various walks. I also have man y more planned before the challenge, of which I will keep you posted!

 The challenge will take place over the weekend of May 28th - 29th, so I am running this in the hope that I will persuade some of you to donate whatever you can to help!
