Story
So grateful to you for visiting my fundraising page we're all aware of the current situation with covid-19 being in isolation alot of people are suffering with mental health and will continue when we move into the new world.

All are things that have affected people including myself during this time of isolation and UK social distancing. Charities like mind are there to support people in times of need and if you donate or not I just want people to be aware of the help.
If that's for you or for family and freinds. Don't let them suffer in silence alone because they or you are not.
On to the event,
The longest I have spent on a rower is 1hour so this is going to clearly push me to my limits physically as well as mentally. I will be kicking off at 8pm Wednesday night and continuing untill 8pm Thursday when we clap for all those services working tirelessly supporting us through this tough time.
I will set the rower up for 6hour intervals with no rest they will roll into eachother. There will be times I will need to take breaks the focus is to keep them as short as possible.
My minimum target is 1p per meter Rowed and I appreciate that in times like this may cause a financial strain please don't feel you must. The smallest is appreciated.
I will provide a live stream on my personal Facebook page as best I can over the 24hr period.
