Story
16TH JULY 2011
I'm going to be doing a 100k tab over Dartmoor in under 24hrs, to raise money for Help for Heroes.
I will be leaving Dunsford at 05:00 on Saturday and heading for Ivybridge, via Haytor.
This section is 46.2k
From Ivybridge I will then head north, navigating over the various, hills, plains, rivers and forests of dartmoor heading for Okehampton via two bridges, covering another 55k.
This is the equivalent of Two and a Quater Marathons, in varying conditions and over unforgiving moorland terrain, NON STOP.

Help for Heroes is a charity, set up to help wounded service men and women of the British Armed Forces.
Quote: "The message of the charity is simple: We are strictly non political and non critical; we simply want to help. We believe that anyone who volunteers to serve in time of war, knowing that they may risk all, is a hero. These are ordinary people doing extraordinary things and some of them are living with the consequences of their service for life. We may not be able to prevent our soldiers from being wounded, but together we can help them get better."
