In recent years I have had personal experiences with the Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice and know first hand what amazing care they provide to both patient and their family.  When the challenge of cycling Coast to Coast in a Day, Seascale to Whitby,  150 miles with 15000 ft of climbing came up, I couldn't think of a more worth while cause.

I've been out training for this day since January, slowly increasing the mileage and just hope for good weather on the day :-)
