We support research into urological cancers to keep fighting cancer and find a cure

Story

The reason why I have chosen this charity UCARE, is because David Cranston has operated on my sister Katrina.   David is a founding trustee of the charity UCARE – Urology Cancer Research and Education - a charity raising funds to improve the treatment and care for people with urological cancer, through research and education

Over the the years of fighting cancer  (7 times) my Sister Katrina has lost a kidney, spleen, centre of diaphragm, part of her left lung, 3 quarters of her liver, her gall bladder and half a stomach.  So, this is an opportunity for us all to make a real difference in helping people like Katrina and their struggle against urological cancer.

£750 will pay for a researcher working for five days to find new ways of fighting urological cancer.

Please support me, Katrina and UCARE by donating through JustGiving.  It is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
