Thank you very much for taking time out of your day to look at my JustGiving page. Unfortunatley in 2010 I lost such a courageous & inspiring women, my nana. I lost my nana to cancer in 2010 and up until then I had never really thought that cancer would affect me, well it has. My nana wasn't only a relative, she was a friend. She was there for me through the highs and lows of the 10 years I had with her. She always knew how to cheer me up and always had the best advice. It stunned me a lot when I found out she had Cancer, when you got told that someone close has cancer something inside of you dies. I remember the night before she died and the morning I got told as if it was yesterday, when my mum had sat me down to tell me the angels have taken her to heaven my heart just sunk, I burst into tears. It is in memory of my nana that I have set this page up and doing a sponsored cycle. My goal is to raise £250 and more would be very welcomed. I am hoping to do my sponsored cycle from my house in Faifley to Dumbarton Castle and back to my house in Faifley (That distance is about 17 miles). Any donation big or small is deeply appreciated. Using my JustGiving page is a fast, simple & secure way of donating. Again any donations big or small is deeply aprreciated.
Gift Aid it! If you are a UK taxpayer, please remember to tick the Gift Aid box when donating as this will increase your donation by at least 25% at no cost to you.
Many thanks to anyone who donates. Anything big or small is much appriciated
Together we will beat cancer.
R.I.P Nana, gbnf <3
