I'm doing a triathlon in September which consists of a 400m swim, a 20k bike ride followed by a 5k run.
This charity is close to my heart as 3 years ago a builder had a brain haemorrhage in my flat, I gave him the kiss of life which managed to keep him alive for a few days so his family could at least say goodbye to him.
BASIC (Brain And Spinal Injury Centre) is a registered charity which supports patients, carers and families from all over the country who are recovering from traumatic brain injuries and neurological conditions such as brain haemorrhage, brain tumour, stroke, head or spinal injury, MS, and brain cancer.
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It's also the most efficient way to sponsor me: BASIC (Brain And Spinal Injury Centre) gets your money faster and, if you're a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
