I have dusted off my old bike and bought some padded cycling shorts...I keep telling myself "its only 54 miles and its not a race" I think the Air Ambulance is a Charity we could all need at anytime , so well worthy of me getting fitter and doing my bit.  Please feel free to donate to the cause as every pound raised will help somebody in a moment of need!
