The last 18 months has been tough for everyone. To live with two close family members battling cancer and to witness their bravery at first hand has been an inspiration. The care they received from the NHS - the consultants, doctors and wonderful nurses has been and continues to be an inspiration.

Drawing upon their bravery, resiliance and determination, I hope to raise £200 towards Cancer Research, by running 26.2 miles in the  London Marathon on October 3rd. Nothing I do will ever match Fiona's and Stuart's battle, but I hope the money raised will help fight this disease for others and their families.
