It's time to don the lycra and run for the hills again...this time I am doing the Asics London 10K with a bunch of Fat Boys from the South London Group in aid of Families Need Fathers. We are practising physical well being, having some fun, staying positive and most importantly doing this to raise awareness about the appalling state of English Family Law.
