Story
On Sunday 26th April 2020 I will be taking on the challenge of the London Marathon with the aim of fulfilling a lifelong goal and raising £2000 for Meningitis now.
As the majority of people already know I’m a keen runner but running a full Marathon is a lot further than what I would normally do. The aim if possible is to get a sub 3 hour time which I know is a huge ask. I will get the inspiration to train hard thou from my 4 children lily 10,Jack 7,Elsie 4 and Ivy 3 months.
Meningitis kills more under 5’s in the UK than any other infectious disease and is still the most feared by parents. Seeing their child suffer is something no parent should have to go through and with your support we can help fight back against this disease.
Please help make a difference by donating as much as you feel you can. I completely underdstand so many people are fund raising these days for other well deserving charities but your support is much appreciated.
Thank you for taking the time to read my story.
