In January 2010 my last remaining grandparent (Nana) sadly died of the cruel disease that is Alzheimers and so I can't think of a more fitting cause. That's why I have decided to run the Great Manchester 10Km run on 15th May 2011 to raise money for the Alzheimers Society.
