its that time again guys

 

on my 23rd birthday october 21st, i will be running the stroud half marathon to raise money for a charity that i have the honour of helping. last year young timmy mason, cosion to my partner Rose, unfortunatly lost his 3 year battle with cancer at the age of 7, and his strong increadable family have founded this charity to help those children fighting in the terrifying nd horrific situation this world can unfortunatly bring. with their help, childred around the country can be helped, be it with travel for medical appointments, or luxuarys to help their horrible situation become more standable. please rather then buying me a birthday card this year, donate tha £2 to Timmys trust or buy a wrist band! to find out more please visit, www.timmystrust.org . another fantastic helpfull charity, helping us all cope with cancer.
