Hello thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. So last year obviously was not enough punishment so I’ve decided to do this again for an amazing charity St Oswald’s, who provide such a fantastic service to adults and children requiring hospice care in the North East. 

So if you think seeing a 17 stone unfit chap run 13 miles is a decent challenge or at least a laugh the day after when he can’t walk. Then give me a bit of encouragement to make it round please.
