In the past year I have been on a transformation of body and mind and have become someone that relishes a challenge.

During my transformation I got to know a remarkable lady called Traci who had suffered the worst nightmare I can imagine any parent having to go through when she lost her daughter, Aimee, to childhood cancer.

I have been inspired by Traci to use my new found confidence for the benefit of others and, after a discussion with her, decided that The Indee Rose Trust would be a fantastic beneficiary of any funds I can raise.

The Indee Rose Trust provides bespoke Treasure Boxes for children having treatment and their aim is to make them smile and forget about cancer for a while. As well as this, they provide places for families to have quality time away together during or after treatment and create new memories.

I will be trying to overcome my fear of heights on 21st August 2022 by abseiling 100 metres down The Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth.
