I would like to raise £500 for St Raphael's hospice. My neighbour Geoff Nicholls passed away over Christmas last year under the care of St Raphael's.

I am participating in the 2009 Great South Run on Sunday 25th of October to raise funds.

St Raphael's offers care to those facing life-threatening illness in the boroughs of Merton and Sutton.
