Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I've decided to support Crumlin again and would appreciate your support, as they truly do great work making a difference to the lives of Irish children and their families.

There's 2 things you should know about me: I'm a serial runner and I'm a serial fundraiser. Both are intertwined, as I started fundraising for Crumlin Children's Hospital in 2009 and that's how I took on the challenge of a triathlon. I never looked back and progressed to doing my first marathon in New York with Team Crumlin in 2011.

Ten years later I'm heading back to New York on 3rd November, but just 8 days earlier I'm completing my BIG target race of the year at the Frankfurt Marathon, where I'm hoping to improve my P.B.

One marathon is a challenge for the body & mind, so 2 in 2 weeks will be a step into the unknown. I typed the term into google and the results basically said "bad idea." So let's see - it will be an adventure and I will learn lots about myself.
