Story
16 years ago we lost our amazing Mum Sally Adams. At St Michael's Hospice they enabled her to die with the dignity that she had lived.
Back then Mitch and I joined our superhuman Dad on the Cornwall Cancer Research Bike Ride - I'm fairly sure we both struggled / wheezed round the 30 mile route whilst he and his mates razzed round the 50 mile route. We road as a Team, Team Sally - there are some other faces in this picture who were a very important part of the Adams family survival team. Thanks to all of you who joined us and helped us during possibly the hardest part of our lives. The person missing from this photo is Aussie Jan - i think she may have been on pub duty at the finish!
So it's 2017 and Mitch and I decided it was time Team Sally rode again - only this time the stakes are higher. The two least fit & hardest partying brother and sister duo in Cornwall are about to take on a challenge to ride from St Michaels Mount to Mont Saint Michel in France.... We'd love your help to raise our target to support other families who need the help of the incredible teams from Cornwall Hospice Care.
Mitch has sneakily already begun training and did 40 miles for Prostate Cancer last weekend. Proud of you Bro. But please don't leave me behind on this one!! Its NOT a RAVE! That was auto correct - I wrote to write RACE but think I'll just leave as is given how appropriate it is ! :)
