My cousin Nicola and I are giving up chocolate for the whole of March, a de-chox! We are both big chocoholics but we’re doing this to raise money for the British Heart Foundation in support of my baby boy Oliver and all the other little heart warriors out there. Oliver was born with Coarctation of the aorta, he underwent life saving heart surgery at 3 days old to repair his narrow blood vessel. Our brave boy also has a biscuspid aortic valve and at 6 months old has just been diagnosed with an Atrial Septal Defect, a hole in his heart which he will likely need further intervention for when he’s a little older.

Congenital Heart Disease affects 1 in 100 babies, we want to raise as much as we can so research can continue to save all the special heart warriors ❤️
