Thanks for helping!
The rules are simple:
1) Organise a group of people to film themselves doing push-ups every day. Entry to a group is dependent on a donation to this page for as much as you can afford.
2) The number of push-ups starts at 10 and goes up by 1 every day. Day 2 requires 11, day 3 requires 12 etc. Last person left able to do the required number wins! From your knees are also fine as it's for a good cause!
3) Film and share your videos (we found whatsapp the easiest way to do so) every day as proof.
4) Important rule: As a group you should inspire at least 1 more group to be set up so that the word is spread and we have a chance of reaching our target!
About The NET: National Emergencies Trust (https://nationalemergenciestrust.org.uk/coronavirus/)
The National Emergencies Trust’s main aim is to be trusted to raise funds fairly and efficiently at a time of a large scale domestic disaster.
The NET work with a wide range of organisations to ensure the maximum amount of money is raised and distributed securely, effectively, and fairly to those organisations and local charities who can do most to help those in need. They have built a partnership network over the past few months to provide you with the reassurance that the funds raised will only be channelled through the most trusted and reputable organisations, so you know you’re giving to those who need it the most...something that's hugely important with the current risk to our loved ones due to corona virus.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
