My young friend Abi Martinsen heard about Ilona aged 15 from Krivoy Rog in Ukriane and was immediately touched by her poverty and her hopes and aspirations in spite of her disadvantage.  The poor girl did not even have the money for a tiny brooch so Abi took off the one she was wearing and sent it to Ilona.

Her impoverished community will benefit from the money I raise.

William Hills have put odds on me doing my best time ever for a half marathon.  Not difficult as this is my first!
