Dear J3,
Thanks to all the boys who came along for my party and Mary's Meals. I had a great time - which you can see from the photos - and I hope you did too!
The £260 donated so generously by your Mums and Dads will feed another 25 children for another whole year. That's added to the £1503 raised by Helena Downie and I over the last three years which fed around 45 children in each of those years. Helena has also raised money again - which you can see on her page.
Mary's Meals is a Scottish charity which gives children "an education and an escape from poverty." It was set up by two brothers in 1992 as Scottish International Relief.
It feeds 400,000 children across the world each day - in Africa, Asia, Latin America, and Eastern Europe.
Donating through JustGiving is easy. They send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is claimed.
