Story
Hey!
So I've decided to run the Great South Run on the 26th October 2014 for an awesome charity called The Muscle Help Foundation, otherwise known as Muscle Warriors.
The charity works tirelessly to help fulfill the dreams of children and young people suffering from a muscle wasting, rare disease called Muscular Dystrophy that currently has no cure.
I have chosen to run for Muscle Warriors as a great friend of mine, Sulaiman Khan, suffers from the condition (he has MDC1A, Merosin-Deficient Congenital Muscular Dystrophy). He is one of the most intelligent, inspirational and relentless guys I've ever met. This is why I would love to help him and the Muscle Warriors raise awareness for the charity (and for Muscular Dystrophy itself). So I'll be running for their #657Appeal, please check it out – www.musclehelp.com/657appeal
The run is 10 mile's and for those that know me: YES, this is going to be difficult, but I will make it!!
If you’d like to show your support and make a donation, it would really be appreciated. Don't worry I'm not going to ask for much, any donation is better than no donation. So if you can spare a pound, some silver or even those coppers you don't want, I would honestly be very grateful.
I will try and make regular updates to this page and you can keep a track of my runs on Strava – http://www.strava.com/athletes/5637521
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page and donating.
Oh, please do also leave as many motivational comments as you can here and using #RunPallettRun, I'm going to need it!
Cheers :)
