Nicki and I are participating as part of a team of 5, made up of my sister and her fiancé and my best buds Tom & James, who are ex-military and a boxer respectively, so they can carry the rest of us over the line :p  They are raising money for their own charities.

Nicki and I have been training all year and have had our fair share of injuries along the way.  We have completed Brutal Run and Wild Run so far this year but Tough Mudder is certainly the next level.  We are hoping to raise at least £250 for Alzheimer's Research.  Please spare a few pennies for this nobal cause and it will help spur us on.
