In October I will be cycling from London to Paris.  Tour De France riders probably do this distance in a day but unfortunately I only have Bradley Wiggins side burns not his legs so for me cycling 240 miles in 3 days is going to be quite a challege.

Thembalistha - Village of Hope (South Africa)
This is the charity that my sister in law volunteers for full time in South Africa.  The village of hope seeks to help children infected or affected by HIV, aids and TB in two different ways: they have a 9 bed children's unit to support those infected by HIV and aids and they also run a community-based sports and lifeskills outreach in the informal settlements and squatter camps each afternoon.
