Hi, I’m Danny Evans and on April 13 I will be taking part in the 2014 London Marathon to raise essential funds for the Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Rutland Air Ambulance.

 

I am an Air Ambulance Paramedic with Helimed 54- Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Rutland Air Ambulance- this means that every day I get to see the huge difference our service makes to the lives of our patients.

 

 I’m privileged to work with highly trained, skilled and experienced paramedics and doctors to bring the highest standards of care to the most seriously injured and ill patients. However, I never lose sight of the fact that none of these services can be provide without the fantastic support we receive from you.

 

DLRAA receives no government funding and is therefore entirely reliant on the money from public donation.
