Covid has affected everyone, from all walks of life.
I’ve had to adapt my business as a personal trainer over this last year by doing live home workouts to help keep people fit and healthy, not only in body but in mind.
Going live every week has given me that sense of purpose, and a focus to keep me pushing forwards. Without the support of all of my clients, members and family, I don’t know what I’d be doing or where I’d be now.
For me fitness is the biggest stress relief and something as simple as a walk and getting some fresh air can make you feel so much better.
I’ve decided as a little anniversary celebration, I’m going to test my body and mind with this physical challenge at The Dam, Rutland Water. Sunday 28th March 2021
1.5 miles of 4 full body continuous exercises: Weighted Ball Slam, Throw, Burpee, Long Jump.
