On Tuesday 26th January, 19 keen climbers and I
will be setting out to collectively scale the height of the world’s tallest
mountain (29,029ft)!

Our target is to raise £5000 total across the
following charities:

Mesothelioma UK

MIND

Chestnut Tree House

Clocktower Sanctuary

ActionAid

Rockinghorse

Cellular Solutions will also match the first £2,000
raised across the team.

I have chosen to raise for Mesothelioma UK.
Mesothelioma UK is a national specialist resource centre, specifically
for the asbestos-related cancer, mesothelioma. The charity is dedicated to providing specialist mesothelioma information, support and education, and to improving care and treatment for all UK mesothelioma patients and their carers.

For those of you that don't know, I lost my Grandad, Eric, to Mesothelioma in July which he contracted in his time spent in the military serving his country. He was on Christmas Island for the nuclear testing and travelled there on asbestos lined converted cruise liners. He passed away two days before his 82nd Birthday.

It would mean a lot to me if you can contribute
whatever you can to their cause. The work they do really is so amazing.
