I have been a helpline volunteer for the wonderful charity RASASC Guildford for the past 18 months and am glad to be able to support them further with raising funds.

RASASC Guildford are an inclusive charity that supports survivors of all genders over the age of 13 from across Surrey, who have been raped, sexually abused or have had an unwanted sexual experience. They offer support through a confidential helpline, counselling and Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) services. All services are free and non-judgemental, and survivors of sexual abuse are believed, empowered and supported on their journey to recovery.

I've been a runner for some years now, but very much in the 5k territory, so this is a whole new challenge for me!
