For the month of April we will be doing at least 10 minutes of something active everyday to raise money for Bowel Cancer UKs step up for 30 challenge. My Friend got diagnosed in December 2020 just before lockdown part 2.  He has taken it head on, and has been through plenty of ups and downs but he has now undergone successful surgery and chemotherapy will start when he has recovered.

I have witnessed what this disease can do in other members of my family and friends too and so am doing this to raise a few pound to help others like them and my friend who are going through a battle with this awful disease.
