Story

Updated on Apr 24th 2012 at 6:20 PM from the JustGiving API

A massive thank you to everyone that sponsored me on this page. We have hit way above anywhere I could have imagined. I had a twist on my foot and injury between mile 10 and the finish but I stuck the image of this page in the front of my mind and kept going with a respectable 4 hour and 8 min finish time. I still have a few donations coming in this week so the page is not finished. Keep your eye on the page to see the total or check out my FB page for pictures and updates of the London Marathon 2012. Again I thank you all so much. :))

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In October 2011, I attended the Childline 25th anniversary ball. The night was a great success thanks to so many amazing people and their huge generosity. However one moment still stuck in my mind, is a story that was told by one of the girls that answers the phone at childline. Believe you me, you'd appreciate me sparing you the details of the types of problem this charity is faced with. It really did make everyone in that room want to do as much as they can. I cant stress enough how much this charity has helped so many children in desperate need and how just a little donation goes towards making a massive difference.

So please dig deep and donate now.

Thank you.
