Some of you who know me and Abbie, will know we have a rescue dog called Alfie who was seriously mistreated at a very young age(pictured).  Without charity rescue there would have been no hope for him. Now he is the heart and sole of the family. 

This particular charity is close to my heart and my family's. My parents in law have now opened their door to many foster dogs that needed homes, giving them a start to life again. And without the charity's help and support this would never have been the case, they all have now moved on to there forever homes. Apart from one that never left, her name is Lillie. The charity runs solely on donations which is why I am committing to running 2 half marathon in consecutive days to raise as much money as possible. These donations will go towards vaccinations, operations and much more, to give the dogs the best chance at life. 

By donating I am committing to you that I will run 2 x Half Marathons tracked through Strava in two consecutive days, on the 1st / 2nd August. I will be doing this with my friend Aaron Browning. Any donations will be greatly appreciated
