Story
I am running the London Marathon next year in memory of my Grandad Albert John Perry. The date of the event closely coincides with the 20th anniversary of his passing in 1992, he suffered with diabetes and passed away in a diabetic coma. It is for this reason that I have chosen to run for Diabetes UK, it is something that is very close to my families heart as he was so dear to us all. It has meant absolutely everything to me to get a place running in this marathon in my home city - his home city, all the training and effort will be worth it and I hope a worthy tribute.
If you could help me get to my charity target it would mean everything to me to have your support, I know Diabetes affects a lot of people so if it is close to you it is a great chance to support the charity as well.
Thank you for taking the time to visit my page, and thank you very much for any contributions you have made.
See you at the finish line!
