Thanks for supporting my fundraising!

If you haven't come across my efforts to support those effected by cancer either as a patient, care giver, or friend then welcome. The subject of cancer and how it effects us is close to my heart. 

We all can name at least one person we know who has/had cancer and many of us can name a close friend or relative who has been diagnosed. And some of us have or have had cancer. It's not easy for anyone and actually is down right scary. 

I want to try and help alleviate as much pain and stress from an already terrible situation. At home in the US I typically support the American Cancer Society, but in the UK I have decided to support Macmillan Cancer Support. They fund healthcare professionals, healthcare services, cancer information and support, financial social and emotional support as well.

Please consider donating. Not because I'm partaking in a race and can run really fast (just kidding), but because you would want your family to have the support and care. If you don't have the means to support financially please share and find a way to give your time to charity important to you.
