I have decided to set myself a new challenge; to run a half marathon while raising as much money as I can for a charity. The charity I have chosen is one that is very close to my family's hearts - Niemann-Pick UK.
My brother, Alexander, was diagnosed with Niemann-Pick Type A at 6 months old. Although he developed normally for the next 6 months, his condition then took over, and sadly he passed away just weeks before his third birthday. My parents kept in contact and supported NPUK for many years and now I would like to continue that support.
I would love to raise as much money as I can to support NPUKs vital research projects and help them to continue to help as many people as possible. Please can you give as much as you can and help me with this great cause!
