We’re the UK’s leading charity for Crohn’s and Colitis. Right now, over 500,000 people in the UK are living with a lifelong disease that many people have never heard of. We’re working to improve diagnosis and treatment; to fund research and to raise awareness.

Story

I am raising money for Crohns and Colitits UK because I was diagnosed with Crohns Disease in 2009, its a lifelong critical illness. Theres no cure and I have to take medication for the rest of my life. It causes terrible symptoms such as abdominal pain (worse than child birth) Urgent recurring diarrhoea, 20 times a day which then leads to weight loss and fatigue. It can also cause other problems such as eye conditions which can lead to blindness, bowel cancer and athritis. On top of all that it causes great mental stress knowing that there is nothing you can do to stop it.

Unforunately, they are still not sure what causes it, it could be hereditary so I hope to God I havent passed it to Connor :(

Please donate even if its just £1, it will help me throughout my life for research, medication and hopefully one day a cure. Without my medication, I would not want to live.

Thank you.
