As yous will all no me nor my mum or fitness freaks or enjoy to much running about, but we have decided to set our self a challange to run 5km which is around 3.1 mile, to help raise money for the Alzheirmer's society.

It is a cause that we believe in very much as from our own experiance we have seen the struggle that a person and the family of a person with Alzheimers goes through. The Alzheimer's society do great work to help awarness of Alzheimers and dementia an also help improve the lifes of people stuggling with the disease. 

Me and my mum will be taking part of the run in memory of my granda and my mum step father, John Tate.
