Jack was born May 2011 and is a precious little boy.

Jack has a very special little heart though.

At just 5days old he had his first of a minimum of 3 Open Heart Surgeries and was in theatre for a long 14hours having the Damus procedure. Jack has a number of conditions wrong with his heart (DILV, Tricuspid Atresia, TGA, Hypoplastic Aortic Arch and Restrictive VSD) that unfortunatley will never be fixed permanently and the procedures he has may not last forever in which case he would then need a Heart Transplant. 

Jack recently underwent more surgery having his gastrostomy button fitted.

This boy and his family are amazing, they have been through much and just take it on the chin and get on with it. He has an amazing big sister who love the bones of him. She's like a little yummy to him.

if it wasn't for yorkhill jack maybe wouldn't be here, this is the best way I can think of to thank them for everything they have done.
