Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

As many of you know, Mum/Nana was diognosed with Ovarian Cancer in September 2017. Only 10 months later, on 5th July 2018, she was admitted into Stoke Mandeville hospital. On 14th July 2018 Mum/Nana was transferred to the Florence Nightingale Hospice for palliative care and remained with them until her passing on 5th August 2018. The care and support she, and we as a family, received was second to none. It became our home for 3 weeks.

They would not be able to give such amazing care, in such a beautiful setting, to so many people if it were not for the donations they receive.

We cannot thank all the staff and volunteers enough for taking such good care of our Mum/Nana, but we hope, that by helping to raise money and awareness is a good start.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails.
