Dear family and friends. 

I am joining Team Mark and going to complete a 5k run in memory of my friends brother Mark who sadly lost his battle. 

I also run for my rock,  my pops who last Christmas suffered a stroke and if it wasn't for the quick response from staff maybe my dad wouldn't be here to spend another day with us. 

6 months later dad is still recovering and receives so much support from the stroke association. I aim to raise as much money as I possibly can, so the work they do can continue to help other families like they helped mine. I can only do this with your support and sponsors.
