This is my third London 10k race and this year I am running for the Rainbow Trust who do amazing work supporting families with a child with a life threatening or terminal illness. This year I am hoping to better last years time of 59 mins (I'm not sure I can actually run any faster than I did last year but I am going to give it a go!!).
