Myton Hospices... When we couldn’t get Mum in and out of the car so she was stuck at home a lot, Myton taught us how. When Mum no longer had the strength to get upstairs and enjoy a proper bath, Myton got her in their bath. When mum wanted to plan her funeral but we didn’t know how to handle it, Myton helped us. When we were all so tired from round the clock care but didn’t want anyone else looking after her, Myton put us at ease. When Mum was is Myton over Mother’s Day we were all sad she wasn’t at home, Myton allowed us to all pile in, have a picnic, cover the place in flowers and even bring the dog. When Mum wanted to sit in the garden instead of the bed, Myton got her up. When any of us were worried, Myton answered the phone. This is a truly amazing place. They made some of our last moments with Mum unforgettable as they do for so many others.
