On the Sunday 6th March 2022  a group of us will be  claiming pen y fan to raise money  for a fantastic  chairty called Beat  they are  a chairty  that support people  who have  eating disorders  and also there  family  and friends  by  running  online  support  group  and  help lines  we typically  see an eating disorder  as a young teenage  girl but it doesn't   Discriminate it can effect  people  of all different  ages   and gender  you can be  healthy  weight  and stuff from an eating disorder  this why Charity  like this are so important  to support  people  who need them .    

I am the person  that is organising  this   climb  I was Diagnosed  with an eating disorder  and have  made a full recovery  but Beat were so supportive  through  all my treatment  and help me    Prepare for what to expect  and answer  any worries  I had  i was lucky had Beat  but I also had an support  group  of friends and family  but not  everyone is as lucky  as me and Beat  is the only support  they have i want to  rasie  a fantastic  amount  of money  because   want to thank them for how truly amazing  they are  at supporting  1millons of  people  effects  by  eating disorders  every year
