Dear friends and colleagues,
I am working with BBC: FastTrack on a programme called Fit to Fly where fitness trainer Mark Bailey helps business travellers to lose weight.
I have committed to losing 10 kgs (22 lbs) by 17 June and will give all proceeds to Just A Drop, which raises money for clean water for Africa.
As CEO of eWaterways, a new global online aggregator of small ship cruises, water is clearly fundamental to our success.
Your help in achieving my goal would be much appreciated - as many of you know I am a great fan of good food and wine on my travels.
