My Story

Last Year my partner Alison decided to stay at home for the day as she had a few tummy pains. She went to the doctors who told her that it looked to be a cyst, possably around her ovaries but not to worry. They booked he in for a scan the next week at a local surgery.

I arrived home that evening to find Alison doubled over with pain, so we went to hospital where we found out that Alison was pregnant.

Not only that but by the looks of things she had gone full term and was actually in labour.

The next day we were the proud parents to our little boy Roan. A healthy happy baby.

We were so lucky. Looking back on it all now we could have been faced with anything at all. It could have been a completely different story.

There are so many parents who aren't as lucky as Me, Alison and Roan and thats why I want to supportthis charity, to help others in times of need.
