We provide help and hope to everyone living with dementia.

Story

After taking part in the Leeds 10k & Total Warrior Challenge last year, I have decided to do something a little different and will be trekking the Yorkshire Three Peaks (Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough) which is a total distance of 39.2km (24.5 miles) in under 12 hours.

Dementia can happen to anyone and there's currently no cure. There are 850,000 people with dementia in the UK and the number is set to rise to 1 million by 2021.

Sadly my Grandad was one of the people who suffered from this terrible disease & having witnessed it first hand I wouldn't want anybody to suffer the way he did. Finding a cure is a must.
