Me and my older brother are taking part in the Stafford half marathon on March 18th 2018 in memory of our late dad Stephen. For anyone that knew Dad he was a wonderful kind hearted man always putting other people first, worked hard all his life and never complained even when he was terminally ill. The reason we are raising money for this wonderful cause is because dad always believed Kidney Cancer was a silent killer often going under the radar when it comes to fundraising, Dad was diagnosed with Kidney cancer 3 years ago leading to him having the kidney removed after nearly 12 months all clear the disease reared its ugly head and started its journey in taking this brave man away from us with Dad being taken away in October 2017. Me and Adrian are not only trying to raise money we're also trying to raise awareness so this disease can be caught earlier and hopefully make a small dent into saving many people's lives, for anyone that knows me more over running a half marathon is a big thing and It's no doubt going tough but throughout the hole course no matter how tough it gets for us we know that the pain were feeling is nothing compared to what our dad went through. So please help us in anyway you can so we can do our bit for a great cause and dad.
