I am running the Cardiff Half Marathon this year for a charity very close to me personally, The Stroke Association. I know it has affected my family and many others so I hope to help raise £500, with everyones help.

Every year in the UK an estimated 150,000 people have a stroke - resulting in 67,000 deaths.
