For those of you that don't know my amazing, caring Nan passed away 3 years ago after a horrible battle with Motor Neurone Disease . At this moment in time there is no cure for MND and the average life expectancy from diagnosis is just two years. 

As most of you do know, I'm not particularly athletic in any way but I am so determined to do this in memory of Nana and to raise money for an incredible charity.

Any money you can spare would be amazing and will be a step in the right direction for trying to minimize the effect that MND has on families.
